Argyle Riders Snowmobile Club

More than just a snowmobile club! Founded in 1972, the direction and commitment of the Argyle Riders make them more than just a club, but a service, for their community, the industry and for future generation.

Staring out back in the 70s with an old Alpine and a homemade drag, the Argyle Riders have progressed to over 225 Kilometers of trail and 2 purpose built groomers; a Pisten Bully 100 and a Prinoth Trooper. The Argyle’s C105D trail is part of the well known Ride Around Nipissing Tour (RAN). The RAN tour offers riders the opportunity to sled around Lake Nippising, through five of District 11’s ten club territories.

Club volunteers and the local community are actively involved in making this club a long standing success. More people, more support, more creativity = more success! The Argyle riders have lots to offer all snowmobilers, from social events, fundraisers and phenomenal scenery as well as a chance to spot some wildlife on their trails. Having one of the largest wintering areas for deer in Ontario, it is common for snowmobilers to encounter our majestic four legged friends.
