St. Charles Veuve River Snowmobile Club

The St. Charles Veuve River Snowmobile Club was formerly known as the Nipising Veuve River SC. The club was founded in 1988 under the name the Nipissing Snowbirds and was later joined by the Veuve River Snow Rats to form today’s club.

The scenic trails of the SVSC cover areas north and south of HWY 17 including Rivere Veuve, Warren, St. Charles, and along the west arm of Lake Nipissing ending in Monetville to meet up with the French River Snowmobie Associations trails. This beautiful forested part of the Canadian Shield is dotted with lakes, in winter the unique combinations of picturesque trails and great snowfall thrills any snowmobiler from beginner to expert.

The SVSC has over 150 km’s of well maintained trails; you can start your RAN Tour (Ride Around Nipissing) here, or head over to the nearby French and Pickerel River Bridges to take in the spectacular views. Fuel up in Warren or St. Charles and stop in at Kate’s Kountry Kitchen for a bite! A perfect day ride would include making the loop from Sudbury via the Top C, C213, D104, and Top D or continue your RAN tour heading towards North Bay.
